What Do the Stockholm Syndrome and The Magic of Making Up Have in Common?

TW Jackson, in The Magic of Making Up relationship help manual, indicates that there is a “bonding secret” that everyone can utilize to regain the love of their ex. In effect, Jackson says, it is kind of like the Stockholm Syndrome.

So, what is the Stockholm Syndrome? In effect, this syndrome delves into a person identifying with another person. It was first recognized in Stockholm, Sweden during a hostage situation in 1973 where the kidnap victims actually were disinclined to testify against their captors. Now, Jackson doesn’t say that you will be a victim of kidnapping or that you will be kidnapping anyone just to get them to love you again. What he is saying is that this controversial “bonding secret,” which is effectively undetectable by 99% of the population, can be used as a form of “relationship magic.”

His book gives you the power to re-bond or bond with anyone. He does indicate though that, once you learn the power behind his “bonding secret,” you will need to use this power responsibly.
